Bank of Cyprus

Bank of Cyprus has a long history of providing services to its clients in Cyprus since 1899 and in the United Kingdom since 1955.

It is the largest banking and financial group in Cyprus, with significant market shares in all business segments. It is a systemic bank of Cyprus and its activities are regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus and the European Central Bank.

In 2013, it was reorganised from March 25 to July 30 after Eurogroup decisions in March 2013 and the decrees issued by the Central Bank of Cyprus and absorbed the assets of Laiki Bank.

The Group has a subsidiary in the United Kingdom, the Bank of Cyprus UK, which focuses on meeting the needs of entrepreneurs and businesses that are managed by their owner.
